b. The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary or terminate the trip if the client's actions pose a risk to themselves, other participants, or the local community.
a. The company will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused during the trip, unless due to the company's negligence.
b. The client is responsible for their personal belongings and is encouraged to secure appropriate travel insurance for coverage.
a. The company shall not be held liable or responsible for any changes, delays, or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or acts of terrorism.
b. In such cases, the company will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives or refunds, but no guarantees can be made.
