Dhaka To Arrive at Guwahati (before 8:30 am)

Upon your arrival, meet our local representative and board your transfer to Cherrapunjee which is known to be the wettest place on earth in terms of rainfall.

On the way, visit Umiam Lake aka Borapani, which is a mesmerizing man-made reservoir encircled with lush green hills.

Later, hike for approx 200 meters to reach the cascading 3-tiered Wei Sawdong Falls.

After this, stop at the viewpoints of Nohkalikai falls and Seven Sisters’ Falls to enjoy the amazing views of the waterfalls.

Next, spend some time exploring the Mawsmai and Arwah caves famous for their fossils that can be viewed with the lit-up interiors.

After completing the day’s sightseeing, reach your hotel in Cherrapunjee.

Cherrapunji

After breakfast, proceed to Tyrna village from where you will begin your trek.

Start the trek to the Double Decker Root Bridge (Nongriat) with the local guide through a beautiful trail of forest and bridges.

Upon reaching the final destination, spend some time exploring around.

Later on, you can also extend your hike to Rainbow Falls at an extra cost of Rs 1500/-.

Begin your return journey to the Tyrna village by hiking up to 3000 steps.

By evening, board your vehicle to Cherrapunjee.

Shillong

After having your breakfast at the hotel, board your transfers to see the natural wonder of Meghalaya.

Reach Dawki where you will be greeted with the views of crystal clear waters of the Umngot river.

Spend some time on the riverbanks or indulge in various water/ adventure activities like ziplining, kayaking, boating etc in Dawki (at your own expense).

Later, start your return journey back to Shillong through scenic mountain roads.

Upon reaching Shillong, check-in at the hotel and conclude your day.

Upon reaching Guwahati, visit Kamakhya Temple, which is one of the most revered Shaktipeeth (if time permits).
